Pittsfield Youth Workshop Volunteer Of The Year 2017
The staff, Board of Directors and youth at PYW would
like to give a big thanks to the 2017 Volunteer of the Year –
David Patch! David has been volunteering at PYW for the past two
years. He is a 12 year member of the Eureka Masonic Lodge in
Concord, NH. He has his Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Systems
Management and spends many hours helping us update and fix our
computers when needed. After working for more than 50 years he
decided to retire from the military and wanted to be able to
spend quality time volunteering with our local youth.
David faithfully spends every Wednesday at PYW during drop-in
hours. He is always willing to help out any other day of the
week when he is available. He chaperones trips, helps with
maintenance on the building and is very supportive during any of
our community events! The amount of time and energy he has given
to PYW is amazing and we truly appreciate everything he has done
for us and the youth in town.
Without help from volunteers like David, PYW would not be able
to offer such a wide variety of experiences to the youth of
Pittsfield. We are proud to have David as a volunteer at PYW and
we hope to provide the youth of Pittsfield with more positive
role models like this year’s Volunteer of the Year!
Congratulations and Thanks David!
