the Else Cilley Chapter D.A.R.
The Else Cilley Chapter D.A.R. in Nottingham was
visited by Mary Baker Eddy, as presented by

philosophy. The Hostesses for the August meeting
of the D.A.R. were Barbara Frangione, Susann
Chaplin, and Rhonda Watson.

and read the President General’s Message about
John Muir and James Audubon.

March/April National Defender was “Fighting
Without Guns,” How the U.S. Military in Africa
is trying to win hearts and minds to combat
terrorism.
Chaplain Rebecca Shoup asked for a moment of
silence in honor of past Regent, Eleanor
Ambrose, who recently died. A book about birds
will be donated to the Deerfield Library in her
memory.

for membership were sent to National D.A.R.
The business of the Chapter was concluded.
