Gilmanton Food Pantry &
Thrift Shop
The volunteers at the Gilmanton Food Pantry & Thrift Shop extend a
great big thank you to Gilford High School students Hannah Lord,
Jaylin Tully, Cyndal Vansteensburg, Allie Gillis, Reese Clark,
Jillian Cookinham, Molly Wrobel, Chloe Schwartz, Breanna Vezina, and
Maggie Vallee and for their hard work helping with fall clean up at
our building. These students raked & bagged leaves, helped
clean and vacuum and other tasks. All their helping hands made
a big project seem small. Kudos to all!
In other news, the November sale at the Thrift Shop is all men’s
clothing & accessories 50% off. Great time to stock up on some
fall and winter clothing.
And, we are full steam ahead with our holiday programs.
Collecting food for the Thanksgiving and Christmas food baskets,
warm winter outer clothing and boots for children and young adults.
The Adopt-a-Child program is also about to start. If you wish
to help, you may contact Bethany Lavin at 267-1934 or Katie McEntee
at the Gilmanton Elementary School at 364-5681 for more information.
Please be sure to leave a call back number if no one answers.
Donations of any sort, food, clothes, toys, money are truly needed
and gratefully accepted.
If you, or someone you know, living in
