Save the Dates!
• February 2nd is the 2nd annual Take Your Child to the Library Day.
Come see what the Gilmanton Year-Round Library has to offer you and
your family! Responsible childcare (including many fun activities!)
will be available at the Library for the duration of the SB2
deliberative session, being held at the Gilmanton Elementary School
gym beginning at 10 a.m.
• February 6th, An Afternoon at the Movies, 1:15 – 2:45 pm. We will
be showing 20th Century Fox’s “Mr. Popper’s Penguins.” Popcorn will
be provided. (This is a Gilmanton School early release date.)
• February 7th, Zentangle Crafternoon, 3 – 5 p.m. Zentangle is the
new drawing craze everyone is talking about! It’s fun, relaxing and
anyone can use it to create beautiful pieces of art. All ages and
abilities are welcome.
• February 14th, stop by the library between 3 and 5 p.m. to share a
Valentine’s Day treat and make a card for that special someone.
• February 21st, Lego Club, 3 – 5 p.m. Come enjoy building with
other Lego enthusiasts. Choose free play or one of Miss Pam’s many
building challenges. All ages and abilities are welcome.
In addition to our Children’s Programming we would like to make our
patrons aware of our newest service, ancestry.com! Access is only
available at the library but we encourage all our amateur
genealogists to come down and log on! History is only a click away!
