There will not be a movie matinee at the Epsom Library on Wednesday, November 21 as the Library will be closing at 2:00 that day.  We will resume regular matinees on November 28.

On Friday night, December 7th, from 6:00-7:30 pm, the Epsom Bible Church youth group will be holding a kids’ Christmas Mini-Mall at 398 Black Hall Rd. in Epsom.  Children ages 3-11 will be able to shop for their parents, siblings, and other family and friends.  The children will pick out their gifts and wrap them while their parents enjoy refreshments.  All gifts are $1.00.  We hope to see you there for this fun Christmas event!  For more information, please call the church at 736-9354.

Epsom Food Pantry

Good morning, everyone.  Well we are gearing up for Thanksgiving at the Pantry. The boxes are all set up in the big hall and we are starting to fill them.

Now remember folks that the pickup time is Saturday, November 17th, from 10:00 till 12:00 at the old town hall, the home of the Pantry on Route 4.  You will be assisted in carrying the goodies to your car by volunteers.

Now, if you cannot make it, be sure and send someone in your place, or if all else fails, call me at 219-3025. Do not let me down.  I get cranky if someone orders a turkey and then makes no attempt to pick up. Enough said.

A special thanks to all the folks who have sent us money and many thanks to the folks who give us food.

Well, election day has come and gone (thank goodness), but not without some generous folks who remembered us on voting day with contributions. Much appreciated. Your support of our town Pantry speaks volumes of the kindness and caring makeup of the people of Epsom.

Until next time,

Priscilla
