Epsom Food Pantry

Good Day one and all.

It has been busy at the Pantry, so we have some wants for those of you who care to donate.

I talked with Ken this AM and he suggested I mention the following goods we need.  I will start with canned beets and carrots and then soups creamed, tomato, and whatever strikes your fancy.  We are again low on meats, but I shall work on that one, if I can.

The fresh veggies are coming. Bob and Cindy Charest have been very helpful bringing us cukes and squash. The Girl Scouts are contributing from their wonderful  garden.  Also, we had a nice donation from the NH Circle of Home and Family delivered by Brenda Patterson. Thank you!

Another source has been the Congregational Church in Concord, who give us bread, but also have given us baby formula and cereal. A big help.

Well that is all for now. My garden is a Fiasco. Oh well, next year will be better.

Until next time,

Priscilla

The Epsom Town Band has a rich history beginning in 1891.  An early photo of the band is on display in the TD Bank at the Epsom Circle.  Some of the original instruments are housed at the Epsom Historical Center located in the old Epsom Public Library.  The Historical Center is open to the public on Wednesday evenings or by appointment.

These concerts provide an opportunity for families to have a picnic supper in the park followed by an evening of entertainment.  For more information please contact Penny Graham at 736-9044.
