The March 13 snowstorm
did not stop 280 voters from showing up in person at the Town Hall
to vote for town and school district officials. Especially
impressive were the number of people who stood outside in the snow
to “campaign.” And let’s not forget the fourteen people who came
back at the end of the day to count the votes by hand. Thumbs up to
all of you!
The Community Supper on
March 14 was cancelled due to the snowstorm. We now look ahead to
the Community Supper on March 28, when Swedish Meatballs will be
featured. Community Suppers are held at the United Methodist Parish
Hall on Main Street on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month
at 6 p.m. These suppers are free to all, although donations are
gratefully accepted and used to defray the costs of future meals.
Maple Weekend in New
Hampshire is March 24 and 25. Maple producers around the state hold
open houses during this time, giving tours and selling maple
products. There are many sugarhouses in the area. Load your family
into the car and check them out.
Happy Birthday to Sean
Menard and Keith Davison, Sr. on March 26.

Reward
Sometime on the night of
March 12th and the morning of March 13th, someone or more people
came into my driveway and stole property out of the parked vehicles.
Apparently, many residences had the same problem that same time
frame. I will catch those responsible.
I’m offering a reward for
a name or names of those responsible. Depending on the
information given, will depend on the amount of the reward. Just
call me, leave your information, leave a random number, say 1 to
100, let me verify the info, call me back in 3 to 5 days and tell me
what your number is and where to meet or leave the money, I don’t
want or need your name. My contact phone number is 603-724-8255.
