The library is looking forward to its first, official Down Under Used Book Sale of the 2017 season on April 22nd.  We have so many books, there is no room to accommodate them all.  To help resolve this, the library will be offering the reference books on the first three shelves of that section for free.

Upcoming programs that will be of interest to you include: “What to Look for in Your Barn,” presented by Ed Pape and sponsored by the Chichester Heritage Commission and the Historical Society, as well as the library.  It will be held on Saturday April 22nd at 7 p.m. at the Grange Hall.  Also of interest, particularly to the senior citizens of Chichester, is a Pancake Breakfast being offered by the Teen Advisory Group.  This yummy program is scheduled for Saturday, April 29th.

Chichester Old Home Day 2017

Our meeting on 3/28 showed great promise. Everyone is organizing and working diligently to make this a great event. Volunteers to help are still welcome and greatly appreciated into this positive upbeat committee.  So, please join us at our next meeting on 4/19, 6:30 pm at the Grange Hall.

Aug 18 at 9:00 am Sharp we will have a  Focus on Family 5K Fun Run.  This run is the Focus on Family Fun Run. Families are encouraged to participate, either as a group or on their own, however parents are ultimately responsible for their own children. This is a community sponsored and minded event, and is not part of any official 5K race associations or organizations. Please come out and run this race with your friends and neighbors, then enjoy the rest of the Chichester Old Home Day activities! Good luck to all!
