The Light
Before Christmas
The Center
Barnstead Christian Church would like to invite you to see our Christmas
Musical Program, “The Light Before Christmas.” Join Beaker and the gang
as they prepare for their Science class Christmas party. Through
decorating the classroom, lighting the tree, and some thoughtful lessons
from their teacher, the children begin to understand more fully why we
celebrate Christmas, and how the birth of Jesus was not the beginning of
the story but actually the middle of a bigger narrative. Jesus, the
Light of the world, was the plan and He was in on it from the start.
There will also be some refreshments that will follow the performance.
So, mark your calendars and bring the family Sunday, December 9th at
6:00 pm.
The Center
Barnstead Christian Church is located on Route 126, next to the Town
Hall. For more information, please call the church at 269-8831.

Still
Missing You
How did we
live one year without you? Sometimes it feels like yesterday and some
days it feels like forever since we’ve seen your smiling face.
Our hearts
are still so broken. Daddy has to go past the cross every day, and he
misses you so much! You’ll always be his little man. You were Grammy’s
little protector. If the deck was icy, you’d say “Grammy, hold my hand.”
If we heard something in the woods, you’d say “Grammy, stand behind me.”
We will
remember you forever. My friend told me that God didn’t take you, but he
was there to receive you.
On December
10th, at 4:15 pm it will have been one year since you went to heaven.
Would people take a moment to remember you and give their children extra
love? We will miss and love you forever.
