Believe?” which was just in movie theatres around the country
starring, Cybill Shepherd, Lee Majors, Sean Astin from Lord Of
the Rings, Academy Award Winner Mira Sorvina and Ted McGinley.

A
dozen different souls all moving in different directions, all
longing for something more. As their lives unexpectedly
intersect, they each are about to discover there is power in the
Cross of Christ even if they don’t believe it, yet. This
stirring new film from the creators of God’s Not Dead is more
than a movie, it’s a question we all must answer in our
lifetimes: DO YOU BELIEVE?
Drive up and watch from your car or bring a blanket or lawn
chair and sit on the lawn. Popcorn, refreshments and drinks
will be available. If there is a threat of rain the showing will
be indoors, same time.
Join us for this free public showing under license by Outreach
Films on Saturday August 29 and you are always welcome every
Sunday at 10 am for worship.

Letter To The Editor
To
the Editor,
It
must frost many to be witnessing the success of Donald Trump and
Bernie Sanders. I am watching it with intense glee. In today’s
topsy turvy world of political correctness it is great to see
someone tell the truth and it is resonating across our country.
In todays America (whoops) where our President lies to us daily
and violates his oath of office to uphold our constitution,
where the rule of law is ignored and our borders are not even
protected, they are refreshing. Can you imagine, what if we
didn’t have Illegals here illegally and Americans (there I go
again) who are able to had to take work, $17 + benefits picking
produce in California or starve. Would we be $18,000,000,000,000
in debt?
If
nothing else happens, I hope political correctness gets a good
burial along with rinos and socialists who say they are liberal
democrats. Tell the truth.
It’s like respect. Respect has to be earned as far as I am
concerned. I might have respect for an office, say like the
Office of the Presidency while having no respect for the
occupant of that office.
I
do have a lot of respect for religion, some more than others,
because whether there is a supreme being or not, a bunch of
people all moving in the same direction is certainly a supreme
force.
Jews for instance, they understand the value of education better
than any other group and boy do they pull each other up by the
bootstraps. It is awesome what the Mormons have accomplished in
Utah. However, a Rabbi, Minister, or a Cleric who has shown a
propensity to stretch the truth, no regard for the community and
an unwillingness to work with anybody, that occupant of an
office will never have my respect.
