CBNA FBLA Members at the Deerfield Fair
Despite the cold and rainy weather, the Coe-Brown Northwood Academy
FBLA chapter worked hard Friday evening at the Deerfield Fair Dairy
Promotion Booth. The group of volunteers persevered for several
hours hoping to raise money from tips for Diabetes research. They
did what they could to sell ice cream and attract customers in the
rain. Unfortunately, visitors of the fair were huddled in buildings
and drinking warm drinks instead of eating ice cream. Eventually,
the weather forced the group to throw in the towel early and head
home.
The weather may have been dreary that night, but all of the
volunteers were lively and having a great time. Thank you all for
your great support!
