Gilmanton
School PTA Annual Holiday Craft Fair
The Gilmanton School PTA will be holding
its annual holiday craft fair on Saturday November 28th from 9AM
until 3PM at the Gilmanton School on NH Rt 140.
The premise of this craft fair is homemade: homemade crafts, food,
and more. The PTA is looking to help local crafters while
stimulating the economy and giving back to our community. This craft
fair has provided many local as well as non local crafters with the
opportunity to share their talents with the general public and its a
wonderful opportunity to browse all the amazing, unique homemade
items that make for great gift giving ideas for loved ones! Some of
our returning vendors are: On the Cusp Pottery, No Weare Else and
Mountainside Creations & Collectibles. Some of our new vendors
are Heavenly Sent Herbs, Mom & I Crafts, Meadow’s Pond Soaps and
Fenridge Farm.
The Gilmanton PTA will also be selling Kids Stuff Coupon Books for
25 dollars. In these coupon books, you will find hundreds of coupons
for shopping, activities and food. You can learn more about them at
www.mykscb.com.
The Gilmanton School PTA is responsible for raising money so that we
may supplement our students’ curriculum and enrich their educational
experiences. The following are just a few of the events we
support: field trips for all grades; the Naturalist in the
Classroom; and the Artist-in-Residence program. These
activities are partially covered by the school budget, but are
extremely important to our children’s educational enrichment.
Once again, the Boy Scouts of America and
the Women’s auxiliary will be selling yummy food and baked goods.
