During the afternoon of Thursday, November 29, CCS students were able to learn new skills while enjoying an afternoon with a mixed group of students and staff members during the Enrichment Time planned by school staff.  Students selected courses of their interest to explore for the afternoon ranging from learning about using technology to produce creations on the 3D printer to how to paint a masterpiece. Overall, there were 13 courses that students could select from to broaden their learning opportunities.  If there is feedback from your child who attended these courses during the enrichment afternoon that you would like to share, please email Mr. Beaverstock at [email protected] .  We are planning on holding our next Enrichment Day on Friday, Feb. 22.

Chichester Student Council Tree #3.jpg

Congratulations to the Chichester Central School Student Council who won first place for best themed tree at the recent Fez-tival of Trees held at the Bektash temple in Concord.  The “Christmas Down on the Farm” tree was a creation of the CCS Student Council students and was beautifully decorated with many farm themed ornaments and gifts.  Donating this tree to the Fez-tival was just one of many ways that the Student Council was giving back to the greater community during this holiday season.
