Chichester Town Library News

Another movie is scheduled at the Library for this afternoon at 3 p.m.—a fun afternoon for all!

The Library Trustees will meet on Monday, July 14th, at 3 p.m. at the Library.

Come into the Library to see the picnic basket and all that is included in the July raffle.  Once you see it, you’ll want to buy tickets.  Whether for yourself or as a gift, this is a great package.  The summer raffles of the two bicycles, each worth over $200.00, one designed for a man and the other for a woman continue throughout the summer.

The Summer Reading Program has already provided three great events under the theme of “Fizz, Boom Read!”  It continues on Wednesday, July 23rd at 6:30 p.m. at the Grange with the family-oriented “Science and Magic” program Magician Scott Jameson, whose appearance is funded by the Jack and Dorothy Bryne Foundation, CHILIS, Cogswell Benevolent Trust, and is supported in part by a grant from the NH State Council on the Arts and the National Endowment for the Arts as well as funds administered by the NH State Library and provided by the Institute of Museum and Library Services, will be exploring science’s connection to magic and juggling.
