Please plan to attend the Memorial Day observance sponsored by
Chichester Grange on Wednesday, May 30. It will be at 6:30 pm in the
parking lot next to the Town Hall where the Veteran’s Memorial is
located. The Cub Scouts will place a wreath and there will be brief
readings and songs in honor of the day.
Happy Birthday to Keith Davison, Jr., on June 1 and to Kimberly
Harris on June 5.
Plant a Row for the Hungry is a unique community-based program that
encourages individual and community gardeners to plant and donate an
extra row of produce to support your local food pantry. Simply plant
an extra row of produce and donate that to your local food pantry!
It’s as easy as "Plant-Sow-Donate"!
Happy Anniversary on June 3 to Jason and Kelly Brudniak.
Chichester Grange will meet on Wednesday, June 6, at 7 pm upstairs
in the Grange Hall.
If your son will be entering 1st grade in the fall, it is time to
consider whether he might be interested in becoming a Cub Scout. Cub
Scouting is fun with a purpose; the boys make friends, have fun, and
learn while incorporating the 12 core values of scouting. For more

Out Of Your Attic Thrift Shop News
Submitted By Carol Hendee
I just want to share a note Baby Threads received from a new mother.
This just goes to show how much your donations matter.
Good Afternoon,
My fiancé and I gave birth to a healthy baby boy on February 2nd. At
the hospital we received one of the "Santa Bags" that your
organization put together and I just wanted to say thank you. It was
such a pleasant surprise to receive such a wonderful gift. The
contents were a huge help for our new little family and I think it
is great that your organization exists and helps the community the
way that you do.
I plan on making a drive to Chichester soon to donate some goods to
your thrift store and give back to your organization. He is laying
on an adorable quilt that was in the Santa Bag and is very happy!
Thanks again,
New Parents

We have a nice selection of strollers, car seats, booster seats and
baby carriers. If you do not see them, ask at the desk. Always check
the sign on the desk for the sale of the day and a list of items
that we have that you may have missed.
Please remember, we accept Cash only. We are on Route 28 in
Chichester, near the Pittsfield town line. We are open Mon. 8-12,
