LLCA Annual Meeting
Locke Lake
Colony Association will be having its Annual Meeting July 23, 2011 at
the Barnstead Elementary School at 10:00 am. There are some very
important subjects that must be discussed and voted on.
This is
the time when new members to the Board of Directors will be elected.
There are 4 positions open for two year terms. In order to run,
you must be a member in good standing, which means all your assessments
must be paid and you must submit to a criminal back ground check.
All you need to do is to write a paragraph or two on why you would like
to be on the Board and maybe some of your strong points and bring this
to the office. There is a cut off date of June 15, 2011. We
need to be able to receive your criminal back ground check before June
24, 2011 in order to print the proxies. This is the time for all members
to voice their opinions and let the Board of Directors know what you
would like to see in Locke Lake Colony. Your participation is very
important to the success of the Colony. Your feeling are very
important to us and this money we spend is yours. That is why this
meeting is so very important. So please try to attend.
Pool #1
at the end of Colony Dr. every weekend until the school year ends.
The times will be 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. After school ends, Pool #1
will open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm and Pool #2 on Winwood Dr. from 12
noon to 8:00 pm for the remainder of the summer.
In
order to put a boat in the lake, all registrations must be in the name
of property owners of Locke Lake Colony.
The
Locke Lake Colony Association wishes to thank you for your support.
Have a great and wonderful summer and make it a point to attend this
important meeting.
